“Sabien, Keith and Stella were fantastic. They patiently explained sizing and pricing and Keith found items from The NBA collection for me. Great collection and a great team !However after I paid , the team forgot to put one item in the bag ! I struggled to get a hold of them since there’s no phone number online or with the mall or on the receipt. Finally I called mall security and they helped me out. Keith said he will mail the missing item to me. I wasn’t able to wear what I bought for the weekend party but all in all a great experience since they made it right for me !”

If you don't want to wait in person, you can (sometimes) waitlist online to sell, which can save you some time. And for those who complained in their one-star reviews about not receiving a significant payout for high-end items.. why not sell it elsewhere, like a luxury resell store? There are online and in-person stores that price their items much higher, so you may get a higher payout. I personally don't think of Crossroads as somewhere I recoup the cost of what I originally paid.. to me, it's being able to share my items with my community, to contribute to the circular economy, and to reduce fashion waste.”
