I can think of many ways this situation might have gotten messy, but it didn’t. Email sent, automated response received “We understand sometimes things don't look as expected or fit quite right.” I gave 2 stars because I actually got an answer within 24 hour even if it was non responsive/automated. Two days later I got a full response with a promise of exchange at no extra cost. Replacement received and correct size.
