She got his shoe size which I wasn't sure about and then brought out several options that they had in stock to fit his foot and his needs. I ended up getting 3 pair, all of which I was confident were a great fit thanks to Sandi's help. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth the trip to ensure my son has comfortable shoes.
