“I visited Radhika's showroom with a dear friend before New Year's Eve and it was a wonderful experience, highly contrasted with a rude customer service experience over the phone I had with another saree/silk shop in the area. Firstly, Radhika and her husband were extremely welcoming of me and my friend, who are Westerners, outside the culture-- they didn't snub us or make us feel like outsiders. We came in search of silk fabric, not specifically sarees, and they did not disappoint. They showed us stunning handmade silk wraps, beautiful cashmere and silk pashminas, and endless examples of the most gorgeous craftsmanship in traditional and modern Indian dress. An incredible part was the price when we totaled up our purchases. VERY reasonable pricing. We actually couldn't believe it! And lastly, we really enjoyed Radhika and her husband as people. Very welcoming, passionate, empathetic people with very genuine hearts. It was a wonderful experience through and through. She lost her nerve when it was time to go through with it and it took a VERY long time for her to make up her mind and then screw up her courage. Carly, the ear piercing specialist in the store that day, was tremendously warm and encouraging. She treated our daughter with superhuman patience and lots of respect. The piercing process itself was affordable, quick, simple, done with careful attention to detail, the piercing environment was very clean and the equipment sterile. We received clear aftercare instructions and we have had no problems with the piercing after the fact. I was doubtful about whether to bring my child to a mall store for a piercing and we had considered going to a professional piercing salon instead. The food was great. They keep everything so nice and clean. The holidays are always a big thing~ decorating is so beautiful and the tables so festive with the holiday napkins. We only wish she could have stayed there longer... she should have gone sooner... it would have helped her a lot, no worries about what to cook, no cleaning, and a safe area to get some exercise. Sandra at the front desk always helped Miss Hazel. We always found the administrators Brianna and Danielle helpful too.”
