“I signed up for a lactation consultation for the following morning. I packed my newborn in the car and drove 30 minutes for my appointment. I waited for an hour at Modern Milk (with a hungry baby nonetheless) and the LC no-showed. They kept telling me she was close etc. It turns out their system never notified her she had an appointment. They ended up offering me a discounted session at the other location and the LC reached out and apologized. They did the best they could after the fact but it was still extremely frustrating for a new mom.”

After paying for it they let me know they was out of one of the colors that I ordered, but they had some left over from a job they had done, and sent it to me free of charge and refunded me what I paid them for the one I had ordered. “This location has stepped up it game! The shelves are full of items and you always see staffers restocking inventory and happy to escort you to whatever item you are looking for. The in-store McDonald's is no longer there and after a certain time you can only use one door (near the old McDonald's). They have very few cashiers due to recent remodeling and the installation of SEVERAL self checkout registers, so if you are looking for an in person cashier, you may want to try a different location. I am a happy customer for sure! Kudos guys!!”
