“This was a responsible Macy's and I felt at ease shopping here during this pandemic unlike what I observed at the Macy's near Broadway in Chula Vista (employees didn't wear masks properly and don't try to sanitize counters between customers). Hand sanitizers are placed near the doors where you have to touch two sets of doors to get in and out (wish they had an automatic door so we don't have to handle so many doors) and around the register. Employees I observed wore masks properly. I also observed employees at this location spraying down and wiping the counter and credit card machine after every customer before helping the next person. Thank you for the measures you take and training employees properly to do everything you can to ensure a safe shopping and working experience for everyone during these difficult times.”

“I was greeted upon entry, which was unexpected; however, that was the last I saw of any staff. The shelves are empty on a lot of aisles. Everything was fine until I went to the restroom.. horrible. They seem to be clear ing the bare minimum and it shows. Also, this is the first place since covid that their water fountains are still in service. Not sure if that's supposed to be a thing yet. Overall, store looked empty but the bathroom was disgusting.”

Purchased 4 pants, 4 shirts, a hat with emblem, belt , whistle , key holder Ect . I almost cried when ordered them because I was worried they would not be here in time . I seriously could not believe it when I got the email saying ups would be here in two day’s. I ordered backup stuff from amazon in Hopes one of the orders would be here in time ~ Buttler’s completely out did them selves and the both orders got here the same day. Amazon took over a week . Going through all the stuff , I was so very pleased with them that I sent back almost $700 worth of stuff from amazon . Thank you guys for being sooooo it professional, efficient and quick .
