The second visit was during the store's busy time. You should've seen Cody handle multiple customers. He managed to simultaneously serve multiple customers, at the same time, while making each of us feel like a VIP. He deserves recognition. They both deserve recognition. The 3rd person to help me was Levi. Not only did he provide fantastic customer service, and excellent products, he provided me with a fantastic education. Negative reviews I attribute to those who are just bitter people in general, who are just waiting to cause a problem or call someone out that “didn’t meet up” to their expectation. My review is not only in support of the store and staff but in review of the customers in which they endure. I’ve had too many great visits at this store, enough to inquire about Melissa’s injury/surgery and recoveries; yet there she is serving others with a smile. Care goes both ways, I say. I disregard the “poor sports” that take their personal attitude issues out on store staff. Perhaps if customers enter the store without a chip on their shoulder, they will have a better shoe-shopping “experience” they so desperately desire.”

They were super accommodating and lovely and let me have such a special moment with my family. ! *this was pre-covid, but even still the shop is setup perfectly for safe/distanced shopping* Nancy was also incredible through the alterations process! I bought my dress fairly early and as we got closer I forgot about getting alterations. So even at 4 weeks away I was able to have my dress altered/steamed with more than enough time before the wedding. Overall a wonderful experience!”
