“8/22/2023 There's Amazon locker in the store. Convenient if you don't want your Amazon purchases to be mailed home just to be stolen from the porch. Also, if you want to keep your purchases secret (e.g. Birthday gift) from the person you are trying to surprise is also useful. --- Some items have great prices, but others not so much. The main problem is that customers tend to go through merchandise and irreparably damage items. When is organized is great, but when is in disarray during holiday season not so much.”

“I'm officially renaming this place Fancy Pants of Lake St. Louis. Once you walk in, you get a Nordstrom's vibe. Everything is well organized, spaced out and neat. The walls have the department name on them, making it easy to find accessories or shoes. The bathrooms are gorgeous too! They took great care of the "family room", which is adorable by the way. I came in looking for a shaw for a gala I went to and found one for $15! But right next to it was this bad leather belt that would've slayed my outfit - and it did. But for $75. 😫 I couldn't help it. Staff there are well dressed and very courteous. Nobody hassled me or was over my shoulder and they were easy tho find when I needed assistance. Ill definitely be back!”

“I had a delightful experience yesterday at this particular TJ Maxx! I was purchasing some discounted items for men, but I realized I have left my debit card at home! I asked the young lady Mary behind the counter if she would save that for me for a few hours. So she put my name on it and I went next door to do a little browsing. As I was getting on the trolley to go back to Dana Point, this little girl came running up to me calling my name! I was already sitting in the trolley and she proclaimed, "Here Ray, you forgot your purchases!" But I reminded her, that I was going home to get my debit card! And she says, "It's okay, I bought them for you!" It was a little more than $10, but what a surprise and a huge blessing this was! That she would pay her own money so that I didn't have to go back to get my card! What a sweetheart! We need more people in this land like Mary! She touched me very deeply! Thank you so much sweet Mary! You just become my favorite person on the face of the Earth! Kudos to Nannette, Store Manager, who hired her! And to Camilla who assisted me when I returned! You have a great team there! I'll definitely have to come back more often! But this time I won't forget my debit card! 🥴”

“This was overall a good Walmart. Most items were in stock and staff was polite. The produce left a little to be desired. There were a lot of different vegetables that all that was in stock was rotten and not edible, and a lot that was not stocked at all. When checking out I had an issue at the self checkout where the camera was acting funky and froze the machine to wait for a cashier, but the cashier was nowhere in sight. I had to wait 15 minutes just standing there until the cashier finally came out of the restroom and resolved the issue. TL;DR; Mostly good except rotten/empty bins in produce.”

“I love shopping here. They always keep the product stocked fully, even though there’s a lot of traffic and people that come through there. They’re always putting out new clothes and items. The staff is pretty friendly here. They’re a little weird about the purses when I bought two, I felt as if they thought I was going to steal them or something by how they acted. Also, I noticed anything that I buy that has like a compartment or zipper is always checked for things in the inside of it. I’m sure they’re like that with everybody but it just makes me feel kind of a negative way, considering how often I’m in and how much money I spend here. I do would do wish they would more carry larger sizes then they do. Everything is small, medium, some large in hardly any extra large. I don’t know if the larger sizes sell out first or they just don’t carry them. It’s harder for me to find larger sizes beneath plus size like large or extra large. Overall, I love coming here , and will continue to do so often especially for holiday decor, like fall, when they have a fantastic selection of household decorations.”

“This place is large and has everything. It's nice being able to go to one place to pick up everything I need. The prices are decent, and you can get some good deals. It is self checkout, but they do have a couple of regular checkouts open. Every now and then they check receipts when you go to exit. Unless I have the time, I just walk past and go out. It was their choice to be mostly self checkout, not mine, so I don't feel I should now have to wait while they check my bags. If you're going to do that...just check us out yourself.”

“I am temporarily in a wheelchair recovering from hip surgery. May 8, 2023 was my first visit to this store and I required a motorized chair (provided by the store). No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics.
