And rather than have someone open a complete lane, they have someone slip behind the little booth by self-check with their scanner to do small, quick checkouts — which is fine, but that's typically what self-checks are anyway. Go ahead and open up that lane for bigger orders and let's get those lines that sprawl down the main thoroughfare down a notch. Otherwise, great job. I particularly love the gal who used to have the dreads, but has since cut them — she's funny, friendly and a character.”
