“I needed my son's guitar fixed quickly because he had a lesson tonight, and one of the strings didnt sound right at all. I know nothing about them, and my son is a beginner. I googled "guitar shops near me", and I was so very fortunate to have called Glenn. Went right over, and he identified that the neck was actually bent, due to poor manufacturing! Only a month old, no wonder my son has having problems tuning it and was getting frustrated all while trying to learn chords! Glenn got us adjusted as good as necessary for tonight, but we both knew it would be best to send it back. He hooked me up with a contact that would taken care of us in selecting a better quality guitar. Totally great guy, knows his stuff, I think we found our "go to" guitar guy. Thanks a million Glenn! They always go above and beyond the gentleman that works specifically at the MetroTmobile off of Able in Blaine it's truly amazing. funny I had another gentleman who was absolutely amazing at the Metro T-Mobile off of Mississippi but he retired and I never thought I'd find another good person but I did. I have since purchased five phones through Metro T-Mobile I have not had any trouble with the service and the only problem that I ever did have with Metro T-Mobile is that when you buy a phone you cannot talk more than an hour on your phone before you can find out you don't like it and want to return it. That is a bad policy for the company but the workers at the company are amazing and they always get me the right phone for the right service that I need. I was helped by Justin who was very knowledgeable. He showed me a bunch of guitars, let me take as much time as I wanted to try them out and offered much needed tips and suggestions to help me narrow down my search. Don't get me wrong, the Black Sheep is very special to me and I hope it is around forever, but this is a more comfortable, larger venue and the sound quality is generally better (I think it's because of acoustics of the building). There is also more seating--and maybe I'm just getting old, but I appreciate that sometimes (especially if I bought a drink). Outdoor shows are amazing, and one time they had a KEG! A KEG?! Like, just for anybody that paid at the door. IT WAS AWESOME!”
