So even though there was absolutely NO gain for him, he came the following day (Saturday). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate half of the competitor! We were so impressed by Rich that we just decided to work with him. That same week, he worked with my schedule for installation of our new floors. The day of installation, Alex and his team arrived promptly at 830 am. They were professional, quick, and efficient and by 230 pm, my house had been transformed!
