He went above and beyond to make my office move as care free as possible. He came to my new office and gave me recommendations on what would look great in my space. He measured out the space and did a design drawing to show me the dimensions of the rooms and how the new furniture would fit. Furniture arrived in less than a month and my new office looks amazing. “We were planning to replace all of our carpet in our house, but have not had a very good experience with Lowes/Legacy so far. While we still hope to replace the carpet someday, we wanted to fix the few chewed spots on our stairs from when our dogs were puppies and spots where our carpet receded at the threshold in our master bedroom. We cleared the game (linen) closet upstairs and Mr. Wooden cut carpet from the back of that to fix/match. He brought similar scrap rolls of carpet to replace the spot in the back of the closet that he cut/used for the repairs. He couldn't stretch the carpet like we thought in the Master Bedroom because we are on a concrete slab so nothing to grip to, but that's ok. He did wonderful work in less than 30 minutes. Price was very fair! Best $200 spent and $50 of that was because he drove 60+ miles to us in Wayne County. Called on a Friday and he called back that afternoon to schedule for that Sunday morning. Very pleased and would definitely use again if we have any future carpet repairs! Thanks Mr. Wooten!”

A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”
