My only suggestion and highly recommend is a courtesy call to the customer if the delivery is running behind. I had to initiate the call at 5:45 pm to find out if I was still getting my furniture and at that time is when I was informed they were running late. Overall I rate Jeremy and Ryan a 5 star rating because they were friendly and did a great job setting up the bedroom set. I am very pleased with the furniture. Thank you!”
