Juniper offers a safe and diverse space that meets many needs that are often ignored... for example, their upcoming workshop on sex post-baby, their offerings for families that allow all to feel included, etc. I love taking classes at Juniper and haven't found a studio in all of New York City that I prefer. It's intimate and divine.”

“My first time trying boxing and it was absolutely amazing. You honestly get so much more then a regular workout but also more then just boxing. You'll feel strong and energize as well as proud of yourself when you are done. I enjoy how you are able to track your progress as well as calories right there on a tv screen. The routine will get easier with time for sure. José was such a professional instructor. You can really tell he is passionate with what he does and provides excellent and clear instructions to the members taking the class. Very aware of every possible detail. I highly recommend checking out this clean and wonderful studio. The members are welcoming and friendly. Book your intro class if possible with Jose. Take advantage of their current deals. Way cheaper then a personal gym coach but with much greater benefits.”

He also patiently articulates the purpose of almost every exercise, which I found very educational. He is always motivating and fun. Ricky’s instruction is phenomenal taking the time to show proper striking techniques. Great set up with easily accessible machines, extremely clean, For the price you get all that plus flowater dispensers, Sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and classes. A lot cheaper than equinox, I would say this is the best deal in Los Angeles. My wife has since joined, as well as my son. “Levi is my personal trainer and is an amazing instructor. He quickly determined my needs and goals and set out my personalized sessions. The vibration plate seems like an easy workout but believe me when I say it is NOT! The plate is truly helpful with clients who have not so great knee strength, such as my self. My sessions include a 45 minute workout with intervals of time on the plate along with coordinating exercises on a row machine for example or interval exercises off of the plate. My sessions are powered with moves that challenge me, this makes it a FUN workout as well. Please do yourself a favor and seek out Levi for personalized sessions, you and your body will be thankful you did.”
