“Squish gym is honestly unlike any other gym out there - that is, in the best of ways. A few months ago I broke my clavicle due to a mountain bike accident and was recommended to physical therapy. After a couple months of physical therapy, and minimal improvements in strength and mobility, I went into Squish Gym. After one hour of work at Squish, I had better mobility in my shoulder than I had in months; I could finally move my arm without pain. So, I stopped physical therapy and continued to go to Squish. And only about a month later I am back to lifting weights, pain free, and all thanks to Squish. The community within the gym is great and always makes you feel welcome.
