That is the best shift where the trash is actually taken out, the cleaning stations are filled, and he seems to care the most about the place and his job. There are several folks who deserve mention for their commitment to superior customer service. Bailey, David and Vanessa are friendly, professional and right there to help whenever a need arises. They are instrumental in the success of this location. Ive recently taken advantage of the personal trainer services available at the club. I can't say enough good things about Jeff as a trainer. His way of making people feel good about themselves is a real gift. He is gentle in his approach, very knowledgeable and encouraging. He is especially helpful to me as I have serious issues with my hands and wrists, making it very difficult to lift weights. Jeff is helping me design a program to increase muscle strength without incorporating my compromised body parts. I cannot thank him enough.”
