“Wow! Core Concepts is a gem of a Pilates studio, which I discovered on a recent visit to the Buffalo area. Having completed Pilates instructor training in another state I was grateful to have found a Pilates studio that was beautifully equipped and being led by such knowledgeable instructors. Julie and Trish are excellent Pilates instructors who were able to assess my skills as a new client and deliver challenging workouts geared toward strengthening and lengthening my muscles. If this gym was near my home in Tampa, I’d be a regular. Studios that offer this level of instruction as well as perfectly maintained equipment, are tough to find. Kudos to Julie and Trish for making my stay in the Buffalo area such a terrific time.”

They each have a different style, but overall give you a complete and true yoga experience like no other place I have ever been to. The yoga rooms, especially the nature room, are so tranquil. The staff is excellent, very informative and always make you feel at home. I have been to many different yoga studio, but this one is by far the best. Coach Kat personally trains students to increase their strength and condition their body to better perform leading them to a healthy life style.
