“Great workouts, always varied. I think this is a great environment for people that like to workout in groups. The coaches are all pretty awesome, professional, and helpful with advice on achieving your fitness goals. The one down-side is that the classes only have one coach present for the workouts and it's almost impossible for them to help and fix everyone's form. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quick and tough workout in on a busy schedule.”

“I hired Paula for a virtual private event for the Latin American Law Students Association at Fordham Law. Paula met with us before-hand and was very amenable to creating a class suited for our members. She offers a wide range of classes, and we settled on an hour-long Latin Hip Hop themed dance cardio class. The class was SO much fun and was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was sweating and having a great time. Paula was so encouraging the entire time, really walked us through everything, and made sure we were all moving! When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people.
