“I don't even know where to begin. This place is incredible! Very clean, up to date equipment, friendly/family like environment. It's open 24/7 and offers great membership prices. They even have some great coaches there for personal training sessions if you are interested in really hammering out some goals. The staff that work there are hard working dedicated people who have fun with what they do. They are encouraging and always willing to answer questions. You'll never be in the dark with what's going on...there are emails that come out to members outlining new challenges and changes at the gym, as well as new safety measures (due to the pandemic) so you know they are keeping up to date for the health and safety of everyone. The members are all welcoming and friendly and make it such a nice environment to walk into whether you are a new comer or you've been there for years. Highly recommend checking this place!”

“The facility is not much to look at from the outside, but inside the set up and equipment are equal to the big name gyms in the area. The staff are polite and extremely helpful. The coaches are kind and encouraging. It is also the most diverse gym in the area. This is huge for me because I am Native and my son is Black and representation is very important to me. We had a horrible experience with a nearby all white gym. When I drop my son off here I feel like he is safe and in good hands.”

“Triangle Crossfit has been a part of my life for the last 3 years and it’s been great!!!! It has helped increase my energy, motivates me everyday and makes me stronger both physically and mentally. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! It’s truly a great environment to be in. I recently had surgery and not only are they so helpful To modify each workout to make it beneficial for me, they are checking in and making sure everything is good and watching my form carefully. I have also been working one on one with the coaches for more specific training to get back into the swing of it all. They have helped in more ways then I would have imagined and are always willing to help and work with me for workouts. Triangle Crossfit and all the coaches are awesome people and I would recommend going here to anyone that wants to better themselves, inside and out!!”
