“I was intrigued what Rockbox was all about when it first opened up. It's a great mix of boxing, kickboxing and high intensity training. I was never bored in any class because it was never the same. The atmosphere with the lights and awesome music along with the coaches pushing you to give it your all made it challenging but fun! Also, there is an accountability coach to help you with your nutrition and goals. They provide a simple meal plan to follow with delicious (and easy!) recipes. Rockbox gives you the tools to succeed. I was able to lose 21 pounds and 6% body fat in 6 weeks. It has changed my perspective on health and fitness allowing me to see what I can accomplish if I set my mind to it. It's definitely a great addition to the Powell community!”

The owners are so good with the kids and take a lot of precautions to make it a clean and safe environment. They frequently change up the layout and items they have out making it a new place to explore for the kids. They offer a bunch of classes for different age groups too. Pretty cool place! The time I come in (10a-12p) its not crowded, so I get in & get out so I can get to work. The staff is friendly & they're working hard to keep the place clean. I noticed that the clients are also doing a good job with the cleanliness. So far, I have not seen any broken equipment.”

“Recently had the opportunity to visit the new Freedom in Motion gym, and was not disappointed. The layout of the space is super efficient allowing for a large variety in what you can work on; with a spacious area of movable obstacles to customize your challenges, spring floor with pads, and some really awesome large walls and ledges with endless possibilities. there is a foam pit as well which is great for training flips! Staff is super awesome as well! I would definitely recommend this gym, and I cant wait to visit again.”
