“After trying several CrossFit gyms in Denver and leaving unimpressed, I decided to give Train a try. I went to one class and signed up immediately. Brooke and her team are some of the best, if not THE BEST, coaches in Denver. All of the coaches are attentive, consistently make form recommendations, and provide recommendations for appropriate scaling (if needed) so that participants get a great workout, but avoid injury. The workouts are tough and you will get your a** kicked, but you won’t get hurt. I have been to so many gyms where coaches barely pay attention, which leads to poor form and injuries. I also have to mention the community at Train. Everyone I’ve met and worked out with is kind and encouraging. This community is great if you’re a super human athlete, or if you’re a beginner. It’s a judgement free zone where you get stronger together, and get to meet some really amazing people. I cannot recommend Train enough! It’s a gem, and is hands-down the best CrossFit box I’ve ever been to.”

The thing that makes this gym work for me is the station setup that isn't within a hot box. It's a legit band ,pull up ,dumb bell, dip, etc. arm free weights station that will cover a moderate to heavy weight gym session when one is needed. Very helpful management and staff. responded to questions or issues promptly and professionally.”

“I'm a little sad I dont live in Decatur, this has been one of my favorite studios I've visited. My sister and I took three of the All Levels classes while visting with three different teachers. Each class was completely unique while still offering a wonderful blend of flow and more restorative postures. The teachers were genuine and helpful with their practices, the space was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I practice yoga ridiculously regularly while my sister takes classes quite sporadically and both of us fell in love with the space. Thanks for having us, Vista!”
