“I'm one of those crazy martial artists that always has their GI and pads in their trunk when they travel. However, I'm pretty picky about where I train and value my time. I've trained at many gyms over the last 20 years and look for the family atmosphere that's also raising warriors. Coach Rey and his team definitely have that. Their experience is obvious in both the sport AND coaching. They will always expect a lot out of you, but they also truly invest in you each and every class! I also get pretty ecstatic when a gym has the whole gamut; their BJJ is just as solid as their Muay Thai. Thankful I get to stick around for a couple more weeks!”

“9Round is amazing! The workout changes every day and you get a trainer to show you what to do - they are super motivating and friendly. The best part is there are no class times, you just walk in any time they are open and the workout starts as soon as you're ready. The rates are amazing too - for what I pay for one month here, i'd only get an hour with a personal trainer. Did i mention that i LOVE getting rid of the stress of my day by kicking and punching stuff!? I also really like how they incorporate weights, box jumps and body moves to help me build muscle. The facility is clean, bright and conveniently located. 9Round is seriously the most amazing workout. If you haven't tried it, you should! They'll even let you try it for free!”
