They are personable, funny, caring & really push you to your limit. With that being said, they also know if you have limitations. “Free? You must be kidding. The best kept secret around. Don't believe the rumors that the equipment is low quality and that the facility is subpar. There is an incredibly wide variety of machines including circuits, bikes, stairs, treadmills, etc. and extensive free weights including a power lifting area. The facility is also impeccably clean and low-key. It's overseen by Niko Hulslander, an legend in powerlifting circles and a very kind man who is more than willing to help with anything you need. There's a donation box at the entrance that you'll be happy to contribute to!”

“It's a great place considering what and where it is. It's a small town athletic club. It's not super fancy. BUT: it's got staff that are friendly, has plenty of equipment, and is clean enough not to worry about getting the creeping crud from the equipment. That being said, I'd rather pay less than $13 for a day guest pass, because I go there a lot. (Not enough to join). I'd prefer they had more hours. And, I'm excited about their new, coming location. It will be very nice, I'm sure. Can't wait!”

They are knowledgeable and they care about your progress. I’ve been there for two issues and had great results each time. They recognize that after PT, a structured fitness program is necessary to maintain progress. The personal training resources are shared making the monthly membership affordable. The new building on Butler street is great. Brand new equipment and lots of space. The locker room facilities are also excellent. I highly recommend.”
