I used my local do it Best at my last residence and when I moved I switched to these guys as my local store. The staff here is always helpful. most of the time when I go in it's grab and go and leave, but today I had a weird side project. What I thought would be good for it was countered with a couple of other ideas from the knowledgeable staff. chances are I will actually take one of their ideas and implement that. Dr Stuart was very patient with my grandson and informed me that it was better to refer me out to a dental office that specializes with children, so the young lady that assist the dr Casandra walk me to the front with Viviana that was in the front office was really nice and helpful to refer me out and she went out of her way to print me out the directions of the office she was referring me out to. “This place came through when I needed a shovel during the snow storm. I did see the other reviews and I can say the cashier I had didn't have a mask but at least I had two masks and I kept my distance and wear glasses so I should be okay. She should wear a mask though. The guy who greeted me did have a mask though and he was very knowledgeable. I told him I need a shovel that would work best for me since I do not want to lift too much. I brought that and a lightweight ice pick. Mid range in price but these were high quality products and it is from a small business, which I love. I also had a great interaction on the phone with the guy who picked up the phone and who told me the store hours and what they had in inventory. I now have a go to hardware store even if it is a bus ride away for me. They also have Purell products not marked up in price, Lysol wipes, and much more. I also like that it is also off the A train too. Check this place out and buy local!”
