“Goodrich Lumber is one of the only real lumber yards remaining in the area. It's a great store with long-time, friendly and helpful employees. The quality of lumber is far better at Goodrich than you'll find at the big box, corporate hardware stores. Goodrich Lumber also provides a much wider variety of wood species as well. I just picked up a 10 ft piece of 1x4 cherry which they had in stock. 1x cherry would be a special order at many other lumber yards on the So. Shore & Cape Cod.”

“James the store manager is very helpful and cares about his customers. I went to get help from two if his employees. One was busy with another customer and the other on the phone. I stood there for a while and I was never acknowledge . I felt ignored. They could have said, can you hold a minute or we will be with you in a few minutes. Nothing! I walked away to see if I could get someone else to help me. A young Hispanic man was driving a forklift and ask me if I needed help. I told him I needed help. He pointed to a man who was assisting another customer. He acknowledged me right away help me in purchasing a microwave. He was the store manager. I would shop again at the Moreno Valley because of the great service I received from James, the store manager. If you want good service, ask for him. Thank you”

Tbh a very kind worker at Home Depot sent me to this Ace Hardware for a recently discontinued part for our shower. Not only did they have it, but I was able to get a few other things that we'd given up on. I like that the employees are friendly, down to earth, patient, and very knowledgeable.
