“Namaste is a great studio! It's not traditional Bikram yoga, it's a hot yoga style workout (if that's what you're looking for). I've been coming here for over three years and love it. There's always plenty of parking. The owner is extremely personable and sweet. (I've been to another instructor's classes and loved her style also). The heat is ideal, studio is very clean, and the bathroom/changing rooms are immaculate. I love that you don't need to sign up for classes, it's a drop-in style studio that is so convenient! I'm guilty of staying late and I never feel rushed to leave. My only gripe is that I wish she offered more classes on the weekend. (I don't think I would permanently change my yoga schedule but in the rare occasion that I have to work, the classes are early morning/weekend only).”

“After spending time in several different in house PT rehab locations over the past several years for injuries or post surgery recuperation my mother cried when she found out she would have to spend several weeks in one again after a hip replacement. My husband and I visited several facilities and found Allen Morgan to be a beautiful, clean place with an extremely friendly staff and it seemed to fit her personality and what she was needing as far as getting back on her feet. We were thrilled when we got the call they had room for her. When I visited her immediately after the ambulance dropped her off she was a very unhappy woman. The next day when I visited she had such a different attitude. She was telling me how wonderful all the staff she had met was. Every visit was the same story and she was always all smiles. I also found that each time I came the staff recognized me and came to tell me about my mother's progress. She loved it so much that I began to worry that she would not work hard enough to recover quickly. Was there a secret part of me that wondered if that would be so bad, since I had become very fond of everyone there, too and she was treated so well and was thriving? Fortunately she did work hard, but the date of her release was so different than it had ever been from an in-house PT center. She actually cried as we left that time. She said it was like leaving family.”
