“I called That Tile Guy knowing that I wanted a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, but really knowing very little else. Clifford was very polite and didn't mind explaining the process at all. He gave me a quote over the phone and continued to communicate with me until the work was scheduled. He gave me plenty of time to choose the tiles and pick out the coordinating grout color as well. When it was time to install, he offered advice as to how he could make the ends look nice and neat, since again, I had no idea of what to do. The finished outcome is great and looks professionally installed, which is exactly what I wanted and why I didn't attempt the job myself. 😅 Clifford also did a little bonus backsplash area behind my coffee area that I was undecided on as well and hardly tried to charge any extra for it, even though it took extra time and effort to complete. Other than the install turning out so well, it's also important to add that Clifford kept everything super clean throughout the day as he worked. He had to travel in and out of my home to cut the tiles, mix grout, etc. and carry in large buckets of water, adhesive, and such, but you wouldn't have known it during or after the job. He really is just the type of professional installer you want in your home! I plan to contact him in the future with an even larger tile job and I will absolutely recommend his company to friends and family as well. Thank you very much, Clifford!”

“I called the number and Steve the owner, answered on Sunday, 8/14/2023. He headed straight to my house to remove, what was a large bald-faced hornet nest. He was quite funny and eased my anxiety regarding this nest. He was quick and efficient in removing the unwanted hive, and requested we stay inside for 24 hours. He said to watch for rebuilding of the nest- though he didn’t think that would happen, and if nest started to rebuild, to call him asap and he’d return to remove it again. I highly recommend FireSide Hearth and Home. To set expectations, don't expect it to happen overnight though. From initial visit, design, site measuring, changes, ordering, supply chain, and installation, it was about a 3 month process. Service is good, you will pay a little more, but the selection and quality of the merchandise can't be beat.
