“I fractured my elbow in 3 places, which required surgery. I made the choice to recover at Jackson North's rehab center. I went 3 times a week for 6 weeks and then down to 2 times a week for the remaining 6 weeks. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My Occupational Therapist, Katrina, was AWESOME! She explained everything to me; how my bones were supposed to work and how they were actually working. She challenged me during sessions to reach beyond what I would have done on my own, but she did it in such a calm nature that I was not intimidated at all. I do not know if I would have made as much progress as I did with her. I was sad to "graduate" but also excited that I made great progress and was ready to be released. The rehab facility was very nice and very clean. The equipment looked new and, if it looked a few years old, it was well kept. Not only did Katrina clean each piece of equipment before and after I used, but I saw all the other therapists do so as well. Everyone was super friendly even though I was not their client. And though I dealt with the rehab center, I must say Ms. Betty, who checked me in at security, was fun to see every time. She was always in a great mood. I would definitely recommend the Rehab Center to anyone!!!”

“This place saved my life. I had a “silent heart attack” which also was so severe that it’s called the widow maker heart attack. I felt something was wrong because my heart would beat erratically at the gym. Spoke with my VA Primary Care Physician and requested an EKG to see what was wrong. After arguing and disagreeing for 6 months, I just went to the base ER. I thought the attending Physician was going to have have a heart attack himself! He was wonderful! Within two weeks, Dr Shaw in Cardiology had me set up for a quintuple bypass (though I ended up only needing double bypass) and was well on my way to recovery. It’s been three years, my heart is in fantastic shape. If I had not gone to the base ER, I WOULD NOT BE ALIVE TODAY! Thank you all for an outstanding job. As a side note, I contacted the Hospital CO and relayed my experience and asked that the doctors involved be given, at the very least, a meritorious letter - I don’t know if they were. I did however, bring the ER Doctor, my Cardiologist, and my Thoracic Surgeon each a an expensive bottle of single malt scotch. I think they more than earned it!”

Waiting room is nice and roomy with plenty of space for those waiting to spread out. Nurses and physicians were kind and thorough. We didn't feel rushed. On site lab for blood and other tests. Great at returning phone calls.”

He was fully masked, removed his shoes, spread a drop cloth to protect the carpet and went to work. We asked Kevin to discuss the advantages of adding a handheld remote control to allow us more flexibility in operating our fireplace and as a result of his informative presentation, we decided to add the remote. Kevin was very professional, polite and thorough in his job performance……… a tech every potential customer hopes will show up! We feel 5 stars does not do justice to Kevin……..he’s a definite 8!”

My dad was there and everyone was amazing, from the doctor who referred him (Dr. José Guzmán), doctors that performed the surgery and staff that took care of him in the ICU and recovery area. Nurses Rick, Claribel in ICU, Angela physical therapy, Dr. Rick physical therapy, Julia Manager nurse in recovery, she was great. Nurse Chris. To many names to name. Everything, everyone was great. The class they teach to take care of you love one at home. Awesome!”
