I frequent the mall and always loved the quality of jewelry Reeds sells. Courtney was my initial salesperson. She was amazing and understood the importance of preserving my items. “I was interested in getting my ear pierced and I thought on Clair’s did it and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars for 1 eat then I walked passed this place and the girl there was so nice I don’t remember her name but she had long pretty nails but they only charged me for 1 ear and it was very cheap and great customer service will be coming back!!”

“My family was visiting from Canada and they not speak a lot English only French. But the manager of the store was so nice to my mom and my aunts that he said no problem. He took his phone and started using a translation application to communicate with them. They were so happy with him that we decided to come back the next day to shop for more. Because no one else in others stores were so helpful like him. I love and appreciate when stores have a good customers service. I’m so happy we found him and the store. I give him 5 starts. The shop is so big and clean that we bought a lot of towels at great price. T-shirt’s and sweaters were great too. I also give them 5 starts. Thank u.”
