“Yesterday my husband and I got married at the Glen Sanders. The venue was gorgeous. I have unfortunately been experiencing neurological issues lately and I was scared about being able to make it through the full wedding day. The staff at Glen Sanders made sure to take care of me the best they could with my current physical limitations. Every single staff member made a lasting positive impression. Maki was there by my side for the better part of the day. It's a helpless feeling when you can't control how your body will tolerate things from minute to minute. But Maki made every physical effort to support me and I will forever remember her kindness and compassion whenever I think of my wedding day. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue. It's beautiful, the food is phenomenal, and the staff was incredible. The morning after there was a hiccup and the girl who was working the front desk was very understanding which meant a lot to me. I asked for her name so I could specifically say thank you, but my brain is still struggling and I cannot remember her name. I hope that the managers at Glen Sanders can check to see who was working at 10:30 today and give her the praise she deserves as well. If you are getting married and want to be supported and treated in the best way possible, please consider the Glen Sanders Mansion!”

“Nice private campground, especially for families. Have a huge splash pad style water park, plenty of pools, golf carts for rent, and lots of activities. Plenty to do. Hookups all worked great, available sites are mostly pull-through and decently sized. Had a great time and look forward to coming back.”

“Amazing place, quiet and beautiful. BEWARE with the mosquitos and yellow flies. You can rent kayaks, canoes and boats. Also, there are excursions on boat. Bathrooms are clean. After 6pm everything is closed, so secure whatever you need before that time. We would do it again, maybe in winter.”

“Beautifully appointed and clean room with cute rustic decor (hotel unit). It was so nice to have ample counter space in the bathroom (a rarity in accommodation!) and a large shower. It was also nice to have all the toiletries in large refillable dispensing bottles instead of the usual wasteful little plastic bottles. Nice thoughtful touches throughout…wish we could have stayed longer. (The restaurant was excellent also—we shared the largest brownie/ice cream dessert ever!)”

“Truly has been an extremely nice time living here. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city but close enough for their convenience. Everything is well kept and not falling apart. Every neighbor treats the other with respect. Maintenance has been incredible. If the wind busted our outer door, they quickly fixed it. “Booked the room through Expedia shortly before arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ruth, and we have to admit her exceptional communication skills and service as she offered us more spacious suite at no extra charge (apparently it had extra couch although our family wasn’t so big). The room was on a second floor facing the parking lot at the front, very clean, well furnished, very quiet, with very good clean bathroom and really good air conditioning (considering on that particular day outside it was 36 Celsius and only 18 in the room). No heavy smells anywhere, true non smoking hotel. Breakfast was included, but the one could call it too continental, with no eggs and sausages, it was kinda strange to me to watch big men having fruit loops to start the day))) Apple juice from machine contained probably too much water. But it didn’t affect the overall positive experience, thank you!”

“I had a couple of problems nothing they couldn't fix. When I arrived, I checked in and they gave me my keys. My room door would not open, so I had to walk back to the front desk. They gave me another room, and that room was not even made up, so I walked back to the front desk again. They gave me a new room and that fixed my problem. Now, in the next 2 days, my keys did not work after I got home from work. I had to go to the front desk to fix them. But I have to say the front desk ladies were really nice, both times. Other than that, I really do not have any problems. I would come back again.”

“If it was not for Shirly and Don the park would be a mess. It's a quiet safe location with direct access to route 41 and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Generally the park is well maintained and has a clubhouse and laundry area. I own my unit and I'm lucky to be here ! It's become a place I call home !”

“Inviting and clean park with a modern design. Wonderful staff and easy online booking, check in and out processes. They are still under construction....adding more spots and a pool next year. Good dog park. 2 community fire pits in the pretty courtyard. I love it when parks have a fitness room, just wish it had a door separating it from the common room for a little more privacy. Pricey for what you get ($50-$80/night) and for the location. Nothing in walking distance, not even the lake. Feels like you're in the middle of farm country.”

“Super cute hall and rooms. Crown molding around the doorways, updated carpeting, bathrooms, bigger than average hotel fridge in room. The outside could use a little landscaping but it looks like a work in progress since the inside has been updated. My only complaint is that there isn't an outlet by the bed for electronics or an alarm clock. So my phone is charging by the sink and I won't hear the alarm that far away. (I sleep like the dead) Overall, it's my kind of hotel. Unassuming diamond in the rough and economically priced.”
