“I want to start off by saying thank you to the wonderful people at quail valley. They made our stay so awesome and really enjoyable. People can complain all that they want about prices, but I have camped at many campsites and this has everything you need. No wifi which who cares it’s nature! And also, has plug in for electricity which is honestly a plus. The campsites are very clean and the grass is always nice and cut. Best $75 bucks I have spent! Sometimes the good things in life cost money. Thank you Quail valley my family and I are very grateful and will be looking forward to coming back. California hot springs in general is a great place to be specially in the winter time.”

“This property is exceptional and definitely deserves a 5/5! The condo is extremely clean, spacious, very, very comfortable and about a 3-minute drive to the beach!! We have been renting in Amelia Island for some time and by far, this was the most well-appointed property we have rented. The owner’s attention to details is impeccable and the rental is stocked with everything one could possibly need in the kitchen! As coffee lovers, we were ecstatic when we saw the expresso coffee machine for our daily lattes! In addition, the owner went above and beyond in providing ‘extra’ hospitality touches such as having cold water bottles in the fridge, various coffee and tea selections, and wonderful soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were much appreciated and went a long way to making our beach stay very relaxing. All in all, we had a very enjoyable beach vacation with luxury hotel quality accommodations!”

“I stayed at the Rankin Ranch for 3 nights in May 2023. There are not enough words to describe how much I enjoyed this place! From the truly amazing view, the friendly service, the fun activities, everything was just wonderful. The Rankin Family and their staff were so welcoming! The wranglers did a great job during the horseback rides. Shout out to Shelbie, Destiny and Fernando! The food was amazing! Home cooked meals and awesome deserts! I met super interesting people who have keep coming back to this ranch. After this time, I'm looking to become one of these people and come back here many more times!”

“I went to see a manufactured mobile home that was for sale. The property is very well kept, and this particular community has sidewalks. Most do not, and it makes a big difference in the overall feel and look of the property. They have many amenities to participate in and numerous activities.. “We enjoyed a simple and quiet stay at Dove Hill RV Park. It is a very clean park with large pull through rock sites, full hookups, is set in a safe quiet area not too far off of main hwy that is very easy to get to. The large grassy area is great to walk your dogs. You might even get an up close visit from the livestock on neighboring fence line! I wish I could have spent more time outdoors at the beautiful pond. We originally wanted to park there for a week while we had work done on our home, but ended staying for a whole month. Chris worked with us on short notice, to get a spot, and we appreciate her genuine concern and kindness throughout the arrival process, our stay, and even the follow up after departure. We are glad to have found their place and are looking forward to seeing the new phase when it's completed.”

“My husband and I just spent our first winter as snowbirds at Paradise Valley Ranch, and we loved it! The office manager, Karen, and her husband were helpful: backing in our 5th-wheel, where to find items in the local area and especially fun to chit-chat with. The pool, hot tub, reck room and laundry room were clean and the mix of RV’s and beautifully maintained vintage single wide mobile homes really made for a wonderful stay. It was fun to take evening walks and to say hi to, and visit with, the neighbors.”

“Green Acres at the Bay provided everything my family could need for a relaxing and fun long weekend. The kitchen had every item we desired, from cookware to wraps to spices and condiments. The entire house was spotless and provided comfortable bedrooms and living areas. But the real attraction is the outdoor areas. Morning coffee on the dock, kayaking in the creek and East River, S'mores over the outdoor fire pit... I think we spent more time outside than inside! Add in the fact that we could share all of this with our dog and it would be difficult to find a better place! Thanks Karla and Dave for offering such a welcoming home for our family get-together!”
