“We stayed here for over three months and had no issues. Having 24 hour cameras on site felt more secure than most neighborhoods or apartments. Management and neighbors were all super helpful and friendly. With the Brookshire's, Walmart, Fix & Feed, and some great local restaurants right down the road, we felt right at home in Quinlan. Also, there is another review on here claiming they were denied because of a service dog.. I Have no idea what they are talking about, because management was very welcoming of our dog and others on the property, and even added a dog park while we were staying there.”

“My husband and myself are actually locals and having work done on our house, necessitating our moving out with our two dogs for a few days. I asked about an early check in and was accommodated with a very early one that made my day a lot smoother, and I'm very grateful. The room is smallish, quite adequate and very clean with a soft king bed. The bathroom has an amazing big jetted tub! The hotel itself is set back from the busier road and there is a nice quiet road with sidewalks for dog walking. I highly recommend, especially for the reasonable cost.”

“The room was very nice, from the decor to the kitchen, and all the amenities inside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which allowed for great sleep! The location is perfect! The beach and fishing are extremely close, as well as places to eat. You can rent a 6 seat golf cart too to drive around this quaint little town. We loved it!”

He is a past president of Texas Builders Association and a man who has done many remodeling jobs that have turned out to be perfectly suited to the houses he helped the owners redesign and remodel. “The team at Cedar Creek Country Club went above and beyond to provide a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding in November 2022. They were professional and accommodating, even found the requested queso fountain for the fajita buffet and cooked up a huge batch of delicious churros. “Nice KOA. Easy in and easy out. The pull through sites are narrow but long. The site we got came with a nice patio with table and chairs, weber grill, and fire pit. They also have a nice check out policy where if no one has reserved your site on the day of checkout, you can leave at 3pm for only $30. Otherwise checkout is 11 for RVs. This was great for us as we only had a 1.5 hr drive to our next destination. For those that don't have an RV, or families that have RVs but would like other family members or friends to come in and stay, they offer a variety of cabins and tiny homes near the RV sites so everyone can still hang out. The camp store was nice, has everything you may need. A bit pricey, but what camp store isn't. They have 2 dog park areas, medium sized. Some of the sites have a decent sized dog pen too for your private use. Overall, nice park. We would stay here again.”

“Park is very quiet and peaceful, however, the security that the park hired stinks!! We, (tenants) are being forced to pay for services that just are not being rendered. The Guard, loosely named, because I haven't seen him "guard" anything, drives through the park, not even through half the park and then leaves. The only area he does check is the office. Some of the tenants have been forced to install their own security cameras in order to feel safer. If the park is unaware of how if the situation, you are now.”

“The RV park has done a really good job keeping up appearances since the water receded. The garden around the wash house is lovely with a variety of cactus, pruned oleander, and mesquite trees, and the whole array is kept tidy and watered. The residents still have lovely yards, too. The majority were occupied, cleaned, and decorated. Golfcarts washed and boats ready for the perfect fishing day.”

Our guides, Jim and Kevin, were outstandingly excellent in the attention to detail, cordial service, good equipment, helping us find plenty of fish in a fun and safe way. The delicious shore lunches at the resort and fire pit made for a rejuvenating experience after hours on the water. Jim also helped us to organize float plane charters to remote destinations and deep sea fishing out of Homer.
