“I've lived in tradewinds for going on 13 years the manager Carole is a great and generous person she is easy to get along with and will help out in anyway she can. The park itself is one of the nicest parks in my opinion around this area yeah needs a little work here and there but in all is a great place to live they have done a great job of cleaning the park out in many ways over the years I would recommend anyone thinking about moving to a mobile home park to check our park out it's really a great place to live”

“My husband and I stayed here Sept 28-30,2022 for his birthday. Room was spacious for the 2 of us (we booked a 2 queen bed room). Room was clean and was stocked with a fridge and microwave and coffee essentials. Shower had adequate water pressure and was easy to operate, unlike some hotels. Room had adequate lighting - there was a lamp by the beds and a lamp on the table. The TV looks to be like at least a 32 inch if not bigger. Only con was the first night around 1150p the smoke alarm decided to go off and wake us up. We were told It was the whole hotel that went off- hopefully it won't go off again. The front desk clerk does inform you, when you check in, that the room is non smoking and will be charged if it has been smoked in. Fortunately my husband and I are non smokers so that's never an issue. I visited the breakfast area before checking out. They had hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy. They had a waffle station and a separate coffee station. There was also a full bar in the breakfast area. For $80/night, we thought it was a great value.”

This place is under new ownership and apparently the previous owner did not take care of the property, but from my experience, the new ownership seems to be much better about keeping the place nice. If you are in need of a place to stay in the area I would recommend Cajun Inn Motel.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. Only have booked sight unseen, other that ads, we were pleasantly surprised by our accomodations. The room was clean, fresh smelling, well furnished. Only short part was the temperature of our shower water... lukewarm 🥴. But upon our departure we had breakfast offered by the hotel....we rated it an awesome "10". We plan to rebook in the near future.”

“My daughter’s bridal shower could not have been more perfect, thanks to Ryann and her staff. Her organizational skills were amazing and I have the upmost respect for her position. It’s a juggling act that she has mastered and has made post-poning my daughter’s bridal shower, because of the pandemic, all worth the wait. The moment I walked in to set up, I was greeted by sweet Jenn. She was so calming and just a delight to work with. Jenn went over and above to do whatever I needed , to make my daughter’s bridal shower so special. My guests thought the food was delicious and the service was great! The bartender was very pleasant and did a wonderful job getting all the drinks out to my guests. It was a beautiful sunny day , we enjoyed the ocean views , great food , drinks and impeccable service. I attribute all of this to Ryann. She orchestrated a memorable moment in time, we will hold in our hearts forever. We cannot thank Ryann and her staff enough.”

“We had a great stay here in August '22. I've never been on the 4x4 beaches before and was intimidated at first but later found out that airing down your tires and having AWD with reasonable clearance is enough to get to the house. I would avoid driving on the beach at high tide where the beach to dune section gets skinny. The house itself was perfect for our group (4 couples plus 2 kids). Plenty of space and basically everything you need is in the house. And the proximity to horses was very cool! My only complaint is that there were a number of small wasp nests in the eves of the house and one near the pool. Nobody was stung but it was a constant fear for the kids.”

“Long story short, we lost our camper on the way out to Ohio and needed an emergency camper to stay in at our final destination. We called Adventure, on the recommendation of a friend, and I am pretty sure he had the last camper to rent in the entire state of Ohio. He saved our trip!!!! We had the 2018 Keystone Passport 217EXP. The great: 1) Many many nice items are included in the camper like Ice maker, Keurig, bug spray, bug candles, extra-large fan and items you would never remember to bring.!!! 2) Entire camper was very very clean. 3) Bedding was also very clean 4) The only setup I did was put the key in the door to unlock the unit. All setup was done prior. (yes there was a fee for this, but worth it.) 5) Air con did the job 6) Did have to make a small adjustment on fridge, but after that perfect. 7) Tear down was done by Adventure. 8) Others at the campground also used Adventure and had same experience. If Adventure was not there to save the trip we would have probably had to turn around and head back home.”

“Cheap rates. If your staying here your probably having a good time. I've only stayed here once and I was nervous as hell the whole time but I had one of the best 24 hours of my life. It's been over 15 years and I still tell that story to this very day. Anyway it's not too bad of a place but if your not from over that way then just be smart and be careful. “Everything you'd want in a campground except shade. Clean, flat, good restroom facilities and a nice lake (pond). I got there a little before sunset and left around sunrise so shade wasn't an issue for me but it would have been if I was there more during the day. I think I was the only tent though so shade wouldn't be an issue for RVs either.”

“We stopped here for few nights while visiting friends in the area. We are full-time RVers so we stay at a lot of parks and this is one of the better parks we've been in. Check in is a breeze. It is easy to get in and out of sites. The whole park is paved and sites have cement pads. They keep you well informed on weather warnings and also events going on in the park. The grounds and amenities are well taken care of. There is a nice fitness room and laundry facilities are new and offer the option of paying by phone or with quarters. We didn't use the showers but we love the bathrooms/showers, they are individual rooms which are a lot more secure than a multi-shower facility. Outside they have a nice pool area, kids playground, and pickle-ball courts. The dog run areas are exceptional. They are huge and have grass. We never run into anything as nice as theirs. I highly recommend staying in this park if you are in the area. The only negative is we like a little more nature but for a city area this park is amazing.”

“Wow! The cabins are amazing! The inside decor feels like a high end ski lodge and the beds are very comfy. There are lots of windows to enjoy the Mountain View. We really enjoyed our fireplace and our private hammock. Check-in was so easy too. Highly recommend (I didn’t see The Market in Google, but found it on our second day. It’s a tiny store that has good cups of coffee, fresh cookies and other convenience items if you don’t want to drive into Canon City. Try the espresso cookie!)”

“I absolutely adored our stay here. This was our first trip away together and we had the absolute best time. I contribute 50% to the location, comfort, and amenities provided by Falls Market Inn & Suite, and the other half to the handsome man who took me away for a lovely weekend. If you get the opportunity and are a more advanced hiker, check out Jonathan Falls. It absolutely does not get the notoriety it deserves. Going with fresh snow literally made it feel magical. 💕”

“Stayed for 7 days, check in was a little rough, they were having computer issues and a broken elevator. But the front desk was so friendly and cheerful it was contagious! Room was kinda rough, beaten up a bit. They get a alot of baseball kids here i think and I'm sure they don't romp like kittens. AWESOME breakfast, and a smiling good morning from the hostess sits well with me. Best of all you can get breakfast EARLY. One morning was greeted by fire alarms which they quickly silenced. No biggie with that, I've been in the position of having to silence alarms before. A great place to stay in Zachary, friendly staff, couldn't expect more.”

“Lived here for 7-8 months, in an RV space. Management is perfect. Spaces are tight. 24hr Laundry on site, but very limited, and no change machine. Residents are peaceful and no known problems of thievery. Space comes with a little shed. RV spaces are gravel, with full hookups, and new 50amp connections. Rent is very reasonable, compared to other RV/mobile parks. Would recommend to anyone with an open mind.”
