But they do have certain conveniences especially being able to buy propane and getting your tanks refilled right there at the park so if you're in the area and you need some propane don't drive all the way into Bushnell or to Dade City to stop off at 7 acres they can refill your tank for you right there”

“Beautiful park with lovely views. Clean bathrooms, large sites with room for big rigs or tents. Hot showers and clean bathrooms. Saw a Bald Eagle 2 days ago and no camera with me. Hawk’s everywhere, coyotes at night and tons of squirrels. Great place to be!”

“New Brighton Beach is a state park with campsite that range from basic to full hook ups. We had full hook ups with a very level spot. Access to the beach is available via trail or a short drive to the lower parking lot. The beach wasn't that great as it was packed and the water is not the cleanest on the west coast. But you are super close to Capitola or Santa Cruz so your options are vast. And obviously trails for various activities are abundant in the area. But we made the best of and had fun. Kids rode bikes around with no problems and plenty of other kids. Showers were clean and just like any other place needs quarters. Overall we will probably head back one day.”

“The best wedding venue we could have asked for! We hosted our wedding reception in the gorgeous wedding barn with chandeliers and a view of the sunset. We felt like we were in a movie with the sun setting over the golden hills! Our catering company had plenty of space in the commercial kitchen to serve up a two course meal. Our guests had an absolute blast at the ranch - dancing in the barn, playing lawn games outside and admiring the cows and horses that watched over the event. After the party, we stayed at the Bunk House, which is the charming rental home on property. The owner left us a bottle of wine, a custom candle and a sweet note congratulating us on our wedding! We will never forget how special everything was. Cow Track Ranch’s owner Melissa was accommodating, kind and very welcoming when we asked to come back multiple times to see the wedding venue. She offered us a great wedding package with a value you can’t beat. Highly recommend Cow Track to anyone looking for a barn wedding venue only half an hour from the heart of Marin!”

“Incredibly peaceful park. Best park we have stayed at yet! Clean and spacious bathroom! Beautiful fire pit! The owner, Richard, is an extremely kind hearted person. The park is very quiet and private. The skies at night are out of this world at this park, with open view of the stars! It has Stalls, and a turn out pen. A Round pen. Large arena being renovated and a horse track being renovated. There is a 20 acre pond being dug that is going to be filled with fishies, for fishing! There are really peaceful horse trails on the property out back, in the woods. I highly recommend this park!!!”

“From the moment of check in I had such an efficient and smooth process. I was guided to my site and assisted with parking as I was by myself with the kids this trip ( husband was working) and the facilities and grounds were clean and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed gold mining, tie dye and laser tag and of course the water park/pool and playgrounds. The new general store is awesome with tons of additional amenities. The price seems a bit steep compared to other resorts but the care of the grounds, amenities, activities and friendly staff make it worth it!”

“My husband and myself and our 4 kids stayed here last night. We always pass it on the way from Tulsa to Kansas City and we always talk about stopping and staying! We were not disappointed at all! It was quiet and clean and very peaceful! 82 bucks for a literal double room with a bed in each room, and a hideaway bed so our kiddos didn’t have to all sleep in one bed! Price can’t be beat! No bed bugs either! Walter was super nice at check in as well! Do not get rid of the hideaway bed! Thanks for the great experience guys! We will definitely be back! ❤️❤️”

Tennant are mostly full time truck drivers who are quiet and respectful. Easy drive into San Antonio for site seeing. We very much enjoyed our week stay while site seeing in San Antonio.”

“The night manager was terrific! We had a problem with our room and she didn't hesitate to move us to a different room and took some off the bill. The breakfast was fantastic with several different choices and the food was nice and hot, also fresh. A big plus for me and my wife. The rooms were clean and tidy. Carpets were clean and fresh. “Great customer service. We had 2 rooms , they made sure to have them be adjoining. We checked in at 3 & out by 11. Stayed 1 night. The pool closed a few min early at night and wasn't available to guests before we checked out....kind of a bummer but that's on me for not checking before booking. The rooms were clean but , the carpet was a bit worn & gave the "you better keep shoes or slippers on " The cleaning lady was very friendly in the morning.”

The beds were so comfy, two big televisions, a loft, fully stocked kitchen; bring your own food, free Netflix and other apps, outdoor grill and firepit, and hot tub. Very clean and quiet. Large deck too with chairs in which to listen to the sounds of nature.”
