“I loved my stay there. The ladies at the front desk, as well as the maintenance ladies , are very kind. The rooms come in different sizes of course but even the smallest one has a kitchenette. There is a bed, full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink with cabinets, two burner stove, flatsscreen tv, arm chair, shower in the bathroom. Ample storage. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Patrick Henry shops (DSW, STARBUCKS, RESTAURANTS, Taco Bell , CHICK FIL A, MC DONALDS, WHOLE FOODS GROCERY STORE, NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, ULTA'S, A GYM, 5 AND BELOW, A SPA, TARGET, BED BATH AND BEYOND, OTHERS)! And the Patrick Henry mall is about .2 mile down the road. They are closely adjacent to, Aldi's, 7-11and a Wawa. Make sure you ask about amenities at check in. They have more amenities than people know.”

“A great place to go to. To visit with my future Brother In-law and his Family. Family. There lot is nice. Always have a great time with him and his wife and children and their dog. A Fantastic Place to drive a long with his golf cart. The other people that have campers in Paradise Arces Campground are always friendly. And the dogs are friendly also. They have lots of entertainment there at the campgrounds, party's and live bands. Always look forward to visiting future family at Paradise Acres Campground.”

“I am so pleased that i chose to stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in South San Francisco, California. I love the location closer to restaurants and its just a couple walk away. The room is very spacious the color made it cozy and warm and the bed is the best I've ever slept on and the water pressure was perfect, nice clean and neat, Front desk employee were the best, had a long flight frustrated but they were able to accommodate us with friendly smiles and warm welcoming. “Great for 1 night maybe 2 nights max. If you're a light sleeper, just bring ear plugs and you'll be fine (this should just be a standard practice when staying anywhere over night). There is some utility noise (water/plumbing). Bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast included cereal, fruits and make your own waffles. There was no microwave in our room, just a fridge/freezer combo.”

“Pro: Water, Power, Dump site, Pool, Hiking, Pet Friendly, No age restrictions. Con(none of): WiFi, Full hook ups, fire pits. Diamond Jacks is what it is; a secluded little RV park. There are only partial hook ups, water and power. For site renters there is free black-water dumping, or $20 for the honey wagon (Honigwagen) service. There is an un-heated pool which is great in the summer because it is ice cold even when it is 100 degrees outside. Overall the place is clean but best for RV'ers and trailers. You can tent camp out there but if it is rainy season look elsewhere; the lots tend to have a run off slop to them. It is located up a bit of a windy road so know how to handle your rig around tight spots. That being said it is down in a valley; which does offer excellent views and some niche hiking spots. like the website says not far from town though you are looking at a minimum 20 to 30 minute drive out of the valley to any major shopping centers. Three stars for the services, an extra for the off leash Hiking.”

“This hotel had really done some fixing up. Last year I was kinda in shock at how bad the time and service was, and wasn't sure if I wanted to give it another shot. I'm sure glad I did. Since coming to the new hotel the first thing I noticed was the renovation they did in the lobby. My first experience was with Ashley the new manager who may I say has a pleasant attitude awesome smile and a gentle demeanor, making me feel right at home. The second thing I noticed was the welcome gift. Man the snacks were definitely a treat. My husband I I booked the mini suite for a few nights and it was spacious and clean. We were thrilled with the fact it was inside! We liked it so much we decided to move to a weekly rate! Carrie, the am manager was super nice and attentive, Dakota was as well. Ashley you've done a bang up job getting this hotel back to par. I changed my rating from a 1 stay to a 4 1/2.”

“We've lived here for almost a year now and all things considered it a pretty nice place to live! It's quiet, most everyone is friendly, and it's very well kept. Management makes sure everyone's lawn stays cut, trimmed, and there aren't a bunch kids bikes and toys cluttering up. And they're Fair about enforcing the park rules! The lot rent is very reasonable and garbage pickup in included with the Water bill. This is a very comfortable place to live, a place where you can let your kids go out and play without worrying to much, and a place that has a Genuine sense community about it!”

“One of the best hotels I've stayed at in NY. The street it's on is pretty safe, there aren't really people down there even late at night and there is an extremely well lit gas station right across the street. The room itself was massive for New York Standards on a budget. We were impressed. It was clean and all of the hotel staff we dealt with were extremely kind, quick and efficient! They held our luggage in a secure area while we went out on our last day. I highly recommend and will be back. Only thing I will say is I wouldn't explore the neighborhood even in broad daylight. This was the only place in New York where I've had people bother me and actually follow me and say things to me. Like I said the particular street it's on is safe but I would definitely explore downtown or other areas instead.”

“Its a decent park, nothing special. The laundry is $3 to wash AND dry a load, honor system. So awesome, if your clothes aren't quite dry, just press the button. The bathrooms are updated and there is 1 bathroom for men, 1 for women. They include a toilet, sink, and shower. The hot water leaves something to be desired. But its warm... the town is still recovering from the hurricane. Shop local. We also stayed here so we could visit Nola. Great place, don't expect pools and luxury. Its a place to park and showers with laundry. Get the weekly rate and it's worth it. They will lend you an adapter since they only have 50amp.”

“I loved this mobile home community! It was so quiet and serene. Neighbors would come out and greet each other kindly..There were a few 'bad seeds' but the owner usually found reason to be rid of them. I would definitely come back and live here if I could sell my brick house, which I hope to do soon. I just hope Mike, the owner, can find a mobile home for me on his property when I am in the process of buying. This is far the BEST community in the county of Milwaukee.”

The homes here are worth more now than they have ever been since I bought my home. The space rent is comparable to other parks in town...Still much cheaper than renting anywhere in Newberg!”
