“Firstly, I would like to say that Cathy is the best “sales” person I’ve ever met. You can’t even really call her sales, because she is the COMMUNITY MANAGER who typically gets to hand these situations off. BUT she is doing the job of 20 employees easily and doesn’t even break a sweat. Nor complain. Just greets you with a smile and you can tell she has pride in her community and wants to see it be great. I explained to her that I made the decision to move in truly after our first conversation just based on how we vibed. But when I turned the corner on Whittaker, and realized my sons school was at my right. And pulled into the community and noticed the SUN WAS VISIBLY SHINING BRIGHTER I was sold. We are renting now, but as soon as we get the green light, we will be purchasing our first home as a family! And I’m honored that this is where we’ve chosen to start our next chapter. If you are considering a forever home, or at least some comfort before you buy, WHITTAKER OAKS is what you want 🥰”

“This is a little hidden gem in the middle of Louisville. My family and I had a wonderful time away and so glad we choose to stay at Pinecrest. Nancy is so kind and makes your stay even more special. The flowers and trees were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed walking through looking at everything. The kids enjoyed tennis, basketball and the trampoline. It was close to everything we were visiting and close to many restaurants. So thankful we had the opportunity to meet Nancy and learn some of the history of Pinecrest. A truly beautiful getaway hidden in the heart of Louisville. ❤️”

“The location is decent but in the middle of nowhere. The price was pretty decent and pet deposit. The grounds definitely needs a lot of work. It was overgrown and dark. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed except the fridge was not working correctly and didn't notice until my husband got food poisoning from his leftovers not being chilled properly. Staff was rude when asked where the breakfast was being served.”
