“We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was very reasonable especially for quality of the room. The scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer and just listening to nature. The cottage was great and perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and neat. Terry and Helen were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed getting to meet them. Perfect place to stay if you are in this area.”

“We have been here for over a month and I will say that the park is clean with paved roads and sites, with plenty of space between each site. All facilities are well maintained. Laundry is quarters only $1.75 to wash/ $1.50 to dry plus .25 cents each additional 7 minutes just for a heads up. Pool area and showers are nice and clean. You do have to ENTER THE POOL through the restrooms, there seems to be a lot of confusion about this for some reason. If you have pets: there are stickers and fire ants EVERYWHERE. We have all been bit on several occasions. I have seen maintenance out putting stuff on the ant hills, so they are aware of it and working on it. They took down the old playground and have a new one going up, unfortunately all of the pieces have been sitting there for several weeks. There is NO cable here, and there is NO internet here AT THIS TIME. They are installing new internet but it has been a month now. I really don't understand the delay. So if you work from home (like I do) or home school (like we do) or would like to watch TV on occasion (as we do) I would NOT recommend this park at this time. I would ASK about this PRIOR to booking to make sure these things are up and WORKING. Office staff is wonderful. Other than the lack of internet and cable, this place is a very nice place.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. They updated the furniture and the beds were very comfortable and clean. There was a microwave and a goid size refrigerator, in our room, plus they offered a wonderful breakfast. Pancakes, sausage (pork and turkey), eggs, cold and hot cereal, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and they're wonderful, hot cinnamon rolls. The only drawback was the drainage was very poor in our room. The sink did not drain well at all. I accidentally left my laptop in the room, but the staff was so generous. They called me and locked it up until I came back to get it! We will definitely stay there again!”

“A friend stayed there on extended stay. Seemed fine to me except for one thing— management and operators always asking about visitors. Annoying personal questions. When I tested a theory, I found it to be true... Having visited all afternoon and to early evening, management was eyeing me on porch. I took my driver's license to Office asking if they needed a copy for the Official Record. They pretended "Non-Interest" shinning me on saying "No Sir." I asked why the leering at me, "A Paying Customer's Guest?" That was denied but odd... It's an affordable room, child-safe, drug free zone... Peace ✌️ Brian Bruce”

“Hotel has street parking and valet parking if requested. All transportations, shopping, restaurants and entertainment is walking distance. There are a variety of rooms that fits to people needs. Place is clean and has a coffee maker, TV, table, chair, bed, closet and a full bathroom with all the necessary shower supply etc. I've stay there a couple times and this place has very friendly staff members. Transportation is walking distance if you don't drive, so anyone can get access to many different places. I highly recommend this for anyone who is going on a short or long break from their daily life activities.”
