“This was our first time at Kamp Dels. The studio cabin was clean and cute and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandkids loved the water park. I appreciated the lifeguards and the close attention they paid to those in the pool. It was nice to be able to ride from one end of the park to the other. The little ones really enjoyed the various playgrounds. The only downside was it was very cramped. My son had a very small campsite that was difficult to maneuver into due to its size. We would definitely recommend and plan to return again.”

“The course is a tough test for golfers of all abilities. It's not too long off the tee but narrow fairways and small greens make ball striking a premium. You definitely have to land well before the pin and allow for 10 yards of release. The maintenance staff sure does a great job of keeping the course in top shape. There's a lot of huge homes on the course that add to the beautiful scenery. The restaurant has great food and there's also a short course for families that you can play with a wedge and a putter. You definitely need to check out the course if you're in the Lexington, Kentucky area.”

“I chose this because it was very close to the Wright-Patterson museum that I wanted to go to. Every evening there was a group of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle guys going up and down the street in front of the hotel making terrible noise. The owners of the hotel we're very friendly and helpful. This is where I went when I got kicked out of Nashville's knights inn because I had a motorcycle trailer on my truck”

“THIS PLACE IS A MUST STAY!!! This is my second time visiting silver pines lodge and once again the staff and rooms were excellent! Each room is unique in its own way, but all provide a cozy feeling while you’re in the mountains! The prices are unbeatable and overall the place is built to perfection. It is right next to all the stores and restaurants which made it extremely easy to go to multiple places in our one trip! There’s always something beautiful to look at from the private koi fish pond to the antique pieces of history down in the lobby:)! Overall this place has such a calming atmosphere that brings peace!”

It was the best rental I've stayed at In a very long time, they really thought of everything - plenty of space, safe back yard, walking distance into town- just awesome. “We stay here every August and October for shaker in the woods and Christmas in the woods. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make your stay enjoyable. Great location with the very good restaurant next door. Amy is a great asset to the motel. She remembers us every year. I don’t write reviews but this is the best place I’ve stayed in all my travels. The breakfast is always great with a chef that has been there for 22 years.”

“Wow! We have always stayed in chain hotels and decided to try this place for a change. And we will be staying here every time we visit NPR! Not only has the building been beautifully renovated in a way that honors the historic value, the staff is top notch and the room was amazing. We were warmly welcomed upon checkin. As we entered our room the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean - seriously, housekeeping is top notch!! While the room is a bit small - there’s not much you can do to change 1927 architecture. The hacienda makes up for it with the character of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!!”

“Very nice and quiet RV park! Spots: Concrete pads with full hookups. Plenty of space to grill and have canopies out. TV/Internet hookups but you must pay for your own internet or TV if you want them. Neighbors: Everyone was very quiet and polite. Very clean. Most of the renters are working on local projects. On site laundry: We didn’t use the laundry house, but it looks nice and clean. Pet friendly: Plenty of doggy bag signs for walking your pet. The owners are very polite and courteous! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area for work again! Location: 5 minutes from a HEB, Walmart, Lowe’s, and lots of fast food. Local restaurants deliver to the campground too! It’s right off the highway but the highway is never loud enough to be bothersome. Rent: Fair priced, monthly is rate+electric. Will be back if I ever work in the area again!”

“I lived there taking care of my grandpa Thomas Ryker. Space 36. I think that I met some of the most perfect good people there that taught me life. I started my own family in this place I called home. 3 children running around with every neighbor watching out, we all loved each other and you could make the same type of memory for yourself. The crime rate was very low, I live there until I was 27/28. I know what bad people are and they don't really even exist there, and if they do now then they won't do much damage before being shipped out. I recommend this living to any person if age who would like to still feel of importance while building real friendships and have respect from all windows. The neighbors are quiet yet social and most of all they watch out for each other. The safe net is about 90% and the amazing help from the church Crossroads always use to come in and free if price , help these elderly folks rebuilding their place and making sure safety was installed, bringing picnic tables and new things.. it's truly home there. I give this area a 1oooooookazillion top rating. Memories are all good here, and it's truly a beautiful experience, so remember that when u need a place to live .”

There is food and drinks on site but also many great options within walking distance too. There is an additional resort fee when you book that is applied when you check in. “What an amazing and beautiful property this is. They have been completely remodeling for well over a year and it certainly shows. We just had to walk the whole property to admire how beautiful every detail was. Definitely the nicest place in Wrightwood. The cabins are all upgraded and clean. Monty and the staff were so nice, friendly and accommodating. We were right at home here at Tahquitz Pines.”

Previous management were very strict with all tenants regarding to cleanliness of the patios for a better look of the community as well as keeping the houses power washed very often if there was any visible sign of mold but that changed now with the new management that take over the place which is a little disappointed but overall is still good for living.”
