From the front desk, room service, and guest services, everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I brought my dog and they treated her like a princess. They have a patch of grass for the pups and complimentary dog waste bags. The gym was excellent and I loved the way it was decorated. The rooms of course were very homey and comfortable. They have everything you need in them. The color scheme in the room was a bit random. They have an outdoor sitting area in the front and back of the hotel. That is adorably decorated. There is a fire pit as well. The lobby is decorated very cute as well and perfect for your business needs. Overall, I had an amazing stay and will be returning.”

The gentleman at night is very friendly and nice and always greets us and then Kelly who works during the day is one of the most professional, kind, courteous and friendly managers I have had the opportunity to meet. She truly enjoys taking care of customers and it shows in her friendly and happy demeanor. She always makes you feel welcomed whether you're checking in or out. Great enthusiasm and her hard work ethic are priceless and I truly appreciate the positive caring and friendly vibe She gives to her staff and customers!”

There has been many factors that I have been taking into consideration; one being the location and two, the willingness to solve issues and concerns that may affect my family and I. I am proud to say that Aero on upper Bay apartments have exceedingly met my standards and expectations. As I entered the office to ask about the property Jasmine, who is the Assistant did phenomenal with addressing all my questions and concerns that I had. She was confident and so kind when she greeted me as I entered the office. Her charisma about the property enhanced her service to curious clients as myself. Although she seemed busy and I arrived a couple minutes before closing she so willingly offered to give me a tour of the property and pointed out the rich components that the property carries. I definitely recommend this location! Ms.Jasmine delivered it all at once for me to feel certain. She was a delight and communicates well which shows how aware she is about what she does. The units look renovated which give off a compelling environment to live in. This was just my first visit. I Highly recommend !”
