“This was a pleasant stay serving a great purpose! The breakfast attendant was phenomenal! I wish we could remember her name, she was so sweet and kind to our family. Check-in was smooth and seemless, the Business Center was convenient, and the snack shop a treat! A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping the clean bath linens coming! It was a stark contrast to the young lady who worked the nights of our stay, who seemed irritated that guests would have a request. We did encounter a slight problem with room keys, the electronic key on the App would nullify the physical key cards. The desk agent seemed to be annoyed with the request to reactivate the physical cards. Thankfully, her disposition did not have a lasting effect on our overall stay. Thank you for accommodating the needs of so many of the 5,000 extras for the recreation of one of the greatest miracles in history! “I lived in these apartments for a year and although it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with management, generally my experience was good. My oven developed a gas leak halfway through our lease and we were not charged to replace it, although it did take a week for them to get a new oven. Neighbors are polite and friendly, I never felt unsafe in this complex. There is lots of green space out front and porches on the complexes if you like to spend time outdoors. Aside from the oven, I never had any maintenance issues and only $12 was taken from our security deposit because of damage to blinds that very likely happened due to my cat. My one recommendation is to just stay on top of management if you need something, and they will get back to you eventually!! Smaller maintenance requests were always fulfilled within 24 hours. If you're looking for an affordable apartment to live in Highland Park, this is a good option! One final caveat is that parking enforcement in the lots behind the complex is slim to none, and people will often double park in the lots. Most people who park in the lots live there, but not necessarily all of them. Honestly, just street park your car, it's not worth it to fight for a spot. I've seen several instances of damaged cars because they were double parked in the lots.”

“This is a great RV park if you want hassle free staff spacious sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used the shower and restroom facilities once in a while but have my own in my RV, they are older but cleaned on a regular basis. Spaces are yo be maintained by RV renter (as common in ALL RV parks) some do and some don't. This is the better of all RV Parks in the area in my opinion. The down fall to this RV Park is the main street is used like a freeway, it's clearly posted 25mph, and people can't respect that.”

“This place is awesome. For last month or so I've stayed here over the weekends and sometimes during the week. The beds are very comfortable. You won't wake up with back pain! That's huge. They tend to not have all the rooms in working order but that's ok, call the front desk get the maintenance man or request a properly functioning room. I would give it five stars but it's what I just mentioned along with the women at the front desk have very poor professionalism. You'll stand at the window for quite some without them giving you any eye contact nor letting you know what they're doing in order to assist you.”

“The park has been newly paved and is in the process of being completely rehabbed. If you haven't been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring. The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.”
