“From the well lit property, to the super polite front desk gentleman. The welcoming experience they provide was exceptional and so very welcome. I was blown away at the quality of the carpets, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets, the towels were very fluffy and absorbent. The sheets were smooth and firm without being stiff, also they smelled clean without any bleach smell. The whole room was laid out very well and instantly made me feel relaxed and able to sleep the best sleep away from home I have ever had. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent and I felt like the acoustics were deadened, I felt like I could hear no one else, and I didn't feel like I was in an echo chamber. The view was excellent and the morning staff were just as kind and helpful as the night staff.”

“Stayed a few nights. Arrived at night and the site manager was a huge help in guiding us into our spot. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Love the 24/7 on site security and assistance. Very quiet area. Wifi can be a little spotty. Neighbors are very nice. The online reservation process was a breeze! Loved the individual trash cans at each site and pickup was everyday.”

The pool wasn't open when we checked in but appeared to be later as we saw people with towels and swimsuits. The person in the adjoining room for the duration of oyr stay coughed very loudly all night and we could hear it very clearly, then my husband and I both tested positive for covid when we got home.”

Rika and the other ladies, who were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Keep in mind that this hotel caters to pet owners and families, so be prepared for barking dogs and squealing kids, and try and stay on the top floor if you can to avoid overhead room aerobics ceiling clomping. Be sure to try the old town restaurants and take a hike up the Nob Hill trail.”
