“Checked in the evening of October 2nd, just checked out this afternoon. Front desk agent who checked us in was super friendly and even walked a key up to my room when mine wasn’t working. However, the bathroom sink and floor weren’t clean when I checked in. It was late night so I just cleaned it myself with the supplies I had. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the manager. She went out of her way to make amends. She credited me a whole night’s fees from my total! I didn’t expect that at all, but was very grateful. All the staff members were friendly, patient, and helpful. Especially the women serving breakfast. Even though my visit wasn’t perfect in the beginning, I would definitely visit again.”

“I'm giving this hotel 4 stars despite not having fully enjoyed all that they offer as I only spent one night and checked in just before the restaurant closed. The room was nice enough although there was (is?) a stain which stretched from the bathroom to the bedside. It was significant enough that the room should not have been available until the carpet was cleaned or replaced. I wasn't bothered enough to request a different room but had I been employed in a position of authority there, it would go unused until the stain was gone. Standards befitting a chain such as the Sheraton don't allow the little things to be missed. Next stay I will be certain to have a meal, a few drinks at the bar, and order room service so that I may provide a more thorough review.”

“I would give this hotel 3.5 stars if I could give had stars. Front desk staff was indifferent, not rude, but not friendly. Hotel room was clean and in decent condition, but somewhat dated. I expected more for the price. Hotel is convenient to the airport, has a free shuttle. My room had a great view of the NYC skyline! Overall, I am not disappointed and would stay here again, just think it is a little overpriced for what it is.”
