“About to check out in a few hours. Spent the weekend here due to weather. A tad pricey ($124 a night with taxes and fees) but it was the weekend so no big deal. No problems at all would stay here again. Can't beat the breakfast as far as hotels go. If anything seating is limited. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express for me this year. So far not a bad one in the bunch. One in st Louis by airport was a little better. This one better breakfast. I will say the 1 star reviews sounds like sour grapes. Encountered none of the problems they claim.......this is a two year update. Still a good hotel, the pandemic has caused some unpleasant changes. No breakfast and house keeping is no as it was. And someone built an apartment complex right in front of it. But still a good place to stay. Sure it will be back up to snuff after things settle”

“My son and grandson missed their connecting flight for home. It was super late and all the hotels I called were booked, or the people at their desks were not interested in even checking it felt. That was until I called this hotel. Ashley answered and was just as nice as could be. She said she wasn't sure but she would check. She said they had a room! Not only that but offered to call my son herself and send him a shuttle to pick him and my grandson up. She had them picked up right away, it was now about 1:30am, asked when their flight was, when she heard it wasn't until that evening offered them late check out, which was such a blessing to hear for a single dad travelling with an 8yr old. As soon as they got to their room my son was so impressed with the room he sent me a video and even posted it to social media. He said it had been such a stressful day but staying at this place made it all go away. The layout is very homey and thoughtful. They even had a kitchen! It was Super clean and they slept like a dream! Pastries were available in the morning and complimentary shuttle service back to the airport. I will never be able to express my gratitude enough for Ashley. She obviously is someone who takes pride in her job and is a GREAT reflection of the company she works for.”

This hotel in Matteson, IL did NOT measure up to my expectations at all! The Front Desk agent was the beginning problem ...the room itself was the OTHER problem!Oh well, I guess 1 bad out of 10 isn't too bad! I certainly will not consider staying at this hotel again if I ever need a room in that area. Sorry. This was NOT the HILTON standard.”

“We have been a tenant here for 3 months and it's been a very positive experience so far. The landlords are exceptionally responsive, hard working and team oriented. The space is solidly operational and help our organization and systems feel very fluid. The area is greatly centrally oriented and parking has actually been super easy. There seem to be so many options for assorted schedules and great flexibility. I imagine it could be a great fit for a variety of culinary needs.”
