“When my husband and I come to our camp at Lei-Ti , there is a long pause, and just we say AWWWW! It's our piece of heaven! I love the view, I enjoy the people. Our grandchildren love coming to camp and we have made friends with wonderful people. I wish Lei-Ti could stay open longer! “We stayed here for about 3 months and LOVED every minute of it! It was so peaceful and quiet. The staff was so friendly and amazing that I truly enjoyed talking to them inside of the restaurant. We did try the restaurant and being a native of the area, the food would have been better if it hadn’t been frozen but was still enjoyable. The workers and owner spent everyday we were there working to make the park even more beautiful! The pool area was always kept up and had a beautiful display of flowers all around to make you feel right at home. Definitely stop by and check them out!”

“The room was very spacious and super nice and clean. King size bed is soooooo comfortable and bedding clean and crisp. Had a nice jacuzzi and a shower in large bathroom. “Quiet and homely place to live. Owners/Caretakers care very much for their small community. Many folks here have lived here for 20-30+ years. I only just got here this year, and this is the second place I've ever lived on my own, now with my wife. I count myself very blessed to have found and acquired a domicile here. My neighbors are so very nice. And it's DEAD quiet, like ALL the time. It's amazing. And it's located in a very geographically strategic spot. Multiple ways to reach Suffolk within 25mins. And, of course, with the Town of Franklin right next door, we very rarely have to travel far for anything. If we do, it's for familial visits. All in all, Beaverbrook Manor does a FANTASTIC job at quelling any and all negative feelings one might have for a "trailer park". I'd rather live here than anywhere else in Franklin, that's for SURE! Especially a great spot for a young couple like ourselves to use as a first stepping stone on the tumultuous walk of life. I will be forever grateful to Beaverbrook Manor for giving a young stranger a chance.”

“Thank you so much for providing such a perfect environment for our annual budget meeting. The place is quiet, elegant, large and well suited for our needs. The hospitality was wonderful. The owners offered to bring in extra things to assist in our work and made adjustments to make things easy on us. Internet access was good too. Restaurants within walking distance. We will be back for sure and hopefully for pleasure next time around! Would love to have time to search out the history of the place. Guthrie is a neat town.”

“For what I seen while I was visiting a girlfriend of mine. This place is cleaner than some of the higher class hotel/motels. It was bland and plain but the burgundy curtains with the coal black rod weaved through them gave it some class. Floors were sparkling clean and wall and ceiling didn't have blood or other misc. on them at all unlike some much higher priced and rated ones. Parking lot was kept up and it was nice and quiet. Everything else was normal for this type of motel. But because of the care and cleanliness I give it 4 stars. Well above average.”

“As Full Time RV Living we were referred to Lake Cozy-Dale. Being that we are not from the area, and only had pictures to go off of on Facebook, I really didn’t know what I had signed us up for. When we arrived, in May, it was so picturesque and well maintained. Linda was super informative and friendly and got us all checked in. We had 4 different sites total, which every single time everyone was so accommodating with us moving. We spent a good six months here at Lake Cozy-Dale. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay there, the bait house has amazing food and snacks, the activities that are held around holidays, the neighbors are friendly and the owners Heidi and BJ go above and beyond. Great monthly rates too. I definitely recommend checking this place out, even if it’s just for a night! They have cabin rentals too!! Thank you for our extended stay! We appreciate the hospitality!”

“This was our first time to visit Lake Rosemound and the inn. Let me just say that it exceeded my expectations. I did not know quite what to expect, but we all had a lot of fun at the beach and riding in the canoe. As for the inn itself, you had the option to be off the grid and play board games, ping pong, billiards, etc. in addition to utilizing his chef's kitchen and eating a lot of ice cream. John was very cordial towards his guests and made a very good breakfast for us. Would definitely stay again...”

“This is a classic mid century desert motel. It is cinder block construction with a shed roof. It is covered in solar panels. The interior walls are white painted cinder blocks but there are newer, colorful southwestern style art, bedspreads, curtains etc. There is a small kitchen with 2 electric elements, microwave, fridge, sink, cooking and serving utensils, plates etc. Cooked 3 simple meals, turned out well. There's a back door off kitchen that opens to a clear area bordered by a hedge. Has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and there is a bbq available. Has a very clean and well maintained pool and spa. Area has amazing sunsets. If you like old architecture, comfort and quiet plus a kitchen, this is it, we loved it.”

“Great staff. Hands down outstanding! Made sure we were comfortable and very knowledgable about the area. We stayed in the upper campground.. the first few photos. The basic electric sites are close together. Like TIGHT. We paid $37.10 for one night. We were the only ones there. So it didn't matter. The lower campground is marked. Be careful staying down there in wet weather... it's mud path and you can get stuck. Bath house is on the hill..all individual. No sharing.. clean. Nice. There's a pool.. putt putt, go carts, and kayak and canoe adventures. Also small cabins. All new picnic tables this year. Nice place. Honestly.”

“July 3-5, 2023 my mother in law took myself and my 3 month old puppy (Modelo) camping! Yes, we camp in tents!!Couldn’t believe we got a spot because we got off to a late start but had several sites to choose from! We were greeted as soon as we pulled in by a very pleasant and helpful grounds tenet- and his cats!! Lol $30 for tents and $50 for RV!!! Porta potties-except one- were actually pretty clean. Running water and electricity hook ups! Fire pits!! The kind and generous man who greeted us brought us a small bundle of wood FOR FREE! (We forgot ours)to get us through our first evening! Very quiet place and we had plenty of space between us and our neighbor- who we met the next day and we all tried to go tubing- my dog was terrified and Mom-THANKFULLY-called it off almost immediately. THEY ACTUALLY GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!! Found a calm area close by just over the bridge! My dog was so great full!!! And we had a good time. Split a load of wood with our neighbor friend and it was perfect! No showers is the downside- otherwise we would have stayed even longer.”

“Just spent one night there to test out. Only 3 sites being used including mine. Seemed fairly quiet except the one family (mom, dad, kid and dog) who seemed louder than the other site that had several people (about 7 or 8 people). Gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because I wish there was a ranger to keep the dog family in check since their dog wasn't on a leash. It didn't full blown attack, but as I walked by their site, I had my hand on my knife and had to stop for the owner to come and get it.”

“Like many have said, the location makes Riviera Inn perfect. It is not fancy but maintained. We stayed on the second floor and if it is a hot spell, you might want to b on the bottom floor. There are not many luxury features. We were there to explore and enjoy the beaches. The Inn serves full time residents also and has quiet hours starting at 8pm. We enjoyed chatting with the local residents at the pool and got some good tips.”
