He understands that most issues that plague us are not actual injuries but problems that arise from weak muscles. He teaches how to strengthen those muscles and what needs done to bulletproof you to prevent common problems. He took me from barely being able to run at all clear through my first marathon and then through my first 50K, with no knee pain at all. I highly recommend!”

“Great PT! Great Idea! I felt like I was not moving as well as I wanted to and my posture could often slump. I went to Jesse to get some professional help in diagnosing my current movement and prescribing exercises to improve (which is so much better than clicking around random YouTube videos trying to find the right advice). I had to put in the work to complete the exercises, but it paid off. A few months after I'd been working on my posture, my department held a day-long off-site meeting. The last speaker talked about body language and called me out as being perhaps the only example of the entire group that was in good posture and not slouching! My work had paid off! Shannon the Physical Therapist who assets my condition, couldn't have been nicer sweet and Just great and just so easy to talk to it's like I have known her for years. Staff members Jessica, Kelcie, Lisa, and Intern Alexis Are down right Awesome. They will see to your needs, Listen to my rambles and make sure that i am working on the correct road to recovery.
