“Alvin is great. I'd love to work with him again. He knows everything about home buying from start to finish. He will learn what you like and dislike, then help point that out in the houses. His scheduling is masterful, no matter what he will keep you able to visit houses. We ended up seeing something like 35 - 40 houses in the end and he didn't complain at all while rescheduling everything for me because I ran late most of the time. Great guy, and I enjoyed working with him. The only thing that would've been nice is if he knew the financing process slightly better, but that isn't really his business.”

“I lived at Dover Heights for three and a half years 2017 – 2020. The apartment complex is in a fabulous location (walk to train station, downtown, nature areas), the residents were nice, the buildings and landscaping pleasant. The walls and floors between apartments are not very soundproof and, depending upon the habits of neighbors, there can be noise issues, but otherwise the facility and its residents comprise a comfortable living environment. Alas, the wonderful facilities manager “Bob” left after the complex was sold to new owners in 2019 who then contracted with new property managers in early 2020 just before Covid struck. Management has changed hands again since that time, so I cannot comment on new business arrangements, and I'm not sure if the new "Bob" is the same as the former "Bob" - hopefully so!”

“The best storage in town with the nicest people. Very safe, police do rounds day and night. The sheriff came to my unit out of nowhere almost every time that I visit my storage after 7-9pm, until they finally knew my car and recognize me from tye distance..., too me that’s very good because it shows the area is safe and police care about their neighborhoods. I Never hear of any vandalism around. My storage neighbor has been there for over 25 years, some others for 3- 5-10 years. Jackie (property manager) is an excellent person that work with you with any issue. I’ll recommend this storage facility to anybody that need big space and privacy. I was a customer for over a year and returned the unit just because I moved to another city (03/2019) and my new place includes a big storage shed, otherwise I will still be there. You won’t be disappointed if you rent a unit over there. Thank you”

“Six of us stayed in unit 62. We had plenty of room and the views of Mirror Lake were beautiful. We loved being waking distance to the pub, public playground, public beach, tennis courts, boat launch, and village. Place was very quiet, we had a family with young kids next door and never heard a peep. Kitchen and baths seemed to be updated recently. Amenities included: Bar soap Small lotion Dishwasher pods Dish soap Starter thing of coffee (the coffee pot had a reusable gold filter) Paper towels Tissues Wood burning fireplace”
