“Jennifer Bradshaw was an amazing agent to work with! When we first decided to list our home here in Rockport we interviewed several agents from different companies. We decided to go with one who boasted that they had many investors with cash offers lined up for houses just like ours. The house sat on the market with very little interest. We took it off the market for a bit. When we decided to re-list I contacted Jennifer. Instead of being bitter that we didn't choose her the first time she took us on as if we were just meeting for the first time again, no hard feelings. She came over and met with us at the house and walked us through everything and helped us come up with a price that was competitive with the current market. She was very knowledgeable and professional but also made us very comfortable like talking to a good friend. We had a full price offer on our house before we even finished signing the contract with her!! Her listing, the photos, and the description were perfect. “First time going to Big Bear and stayed at this lodge, which was recommended by my friends. First impression was what a great view of the lake. We were like a few hundred feet from the lake. We were the only ones staying there for the week so we pretty much had the whole lodge to ourselves. They have different size available lodges which can accommodate different situations. I went with 3 other friends so we didn't need too much space. Very clean cabins. There were a few issues with our cabin but being as old as the lodge is it's understandable. Pet friendly and there's plenty of activities to do with the family. We will be returning next year for sure but probably get a bigger cabin. I do recommend this lodge.”
