“Tony and his team were absolutely AWESOME! This remodel was a full gut job and rebuild of the inside of a 2br, 2bath condo. New Floors, kitchen, bathrooms, vents, sockets and switches, painting etc… Everything was completed on-time and on budget. Tony and his project manager Eduardo worked closely together to communicate daily either by phone or through pictures posted on the Builder Trend app. In addition, the app had a timeline feature which was updated as they went through the process. Among other skills, Dimitri is fantastic carpenter who created shelves in many of the closets. The team exceeded my expectations to the very end of the project and fixed everything on my multiple checklists! They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up daily as required by our condo association. Thank you, Tony and team, for a great experience!”

I started this process at the end of June and Daniel came out and looked at our roof and told us we had hail damage and explain to us that he will get the insurance company to pay for it and the only expense we would have is me and my wife deductible. He explained what to expect with insurance and was timely in his replies to any questions I had. On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside. The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play. I would highly recommend Lawrenz Contracting!”
