I've looked at other Sun Communities and other mobile home communities not owned by Sun and can honestly say that out of everyone I've spoken to they have been both the most hospitable and knowledgeable out of everyone. San Marcos is a little further out than what I preferred but I would rather make the drive and live somewhere I felt comfortable then save a few dollars and be miserable. They will absolutely have my business.”

I feel 100% confident that Butterfly will have a great day every day when she goes to see Glenda. Butterfly gets excited when she knows we're heading to daycare and comes home tired and ready for a good night's rest! Butterfly is safe, socialized and Glenda does a wonderful job of helping them all feel comfortable and loved. I cannot imagine taking my Butterfly anywhere else while I go to work every day! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.”

Everyday they are out taking care of the grounds and are happy to answer any questions you may have. It's quiet here. Neighbors seem to look out for you. Everyone takes great care on how their yards look. Lot rent is reasonable.”
