There is a little pond there that offers a variety of wildlife to observe, sweet little footbridge, it's very charming, I spent a day by the pool and had the entire pool to myself! “I only did four stars because well it is a trailer park but This park is 100 times better than what it used to be 3+ years ago. And the landlord is a really good person but he likes people to be on time with rent/ pad rent. And if ur not then yes he will hit u with the late fees. If ur never late and u communicate that u will be late, Sometimes he will overlook the late fee one time but don't rely on that. He also doesn't like people's yards to be cluttered. He likes things to be organized. He has done alot of good for this park and a couple other mobile home parks. He has cleaned them up, fixed water/well problems, fixed the roads, bringing the park up to code and got rid of the rift raft. I think It's a very nice quiet and safe place to live. The only bad thing is some of the older neighbors are retired and have nothing better to do but watch everyone else and wonder what everyone else is doing and are extremely nosey. And tell everyone what they think they might have seen”

“Wonderful, family friendly campground. Bathrooms were clean, freshly painted and well lit. Playground, basketball court and rec room was within sight from our site - a great asset for the kids. Double sinks by the bath house for washing dishes. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be back!”

“Great campground well shaded I had a water view site. The owner is a really neat lady. I have never been any where I haven’t had to fill out a bunch of paperwork before getting settled in. I am disabled and she came to my site. Very quiet My only complaint is with the power company who shut it down one night to do some work.”

“This is a good place to stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Other RVers were also friendly. I felt safe staying here and if back in the Portland area will definitely give Mrs. Denise a call. The grounds are very well maintained, the restrooms and laundry are also very clean. The only negative I have to say is the spaces are kinda close together. That's why I gave 4 stars but other than that this is a 5 star RV Park. Thank you Mrs. Denise and your staff for the great stay.”

“This is a hidden gem. Picked someone up with Lyft and I didn't know this place was here. The homes are well maintained and each space actually has a nice size yard. Very quiet and peaceful. The spaces need better yard care, but was told that these were rental units and several have just been sold. Looking forward to seeing the yards next spring. Looks like a very nice place to live”

“The place was pretty clean but there was a lot of empty trailors the park has a pool and a playground, the park was having a funtion in the club house. They was planning bingo . I didn't have any interaction with the manager but the work crew was bussing around in the golf cart.”

“I stayed here for a night as I have family in Washington, PA and the other campgrounds wouldn’t have worked for me. At first, I will admit that I was a bit worried about everything due to the reviews, but I am pleased to admit that I had nothing to worry about. There are new owners (this is their first season) and they have put so much work into making it a wonderful place! Getting off the interstate, there are many signs that clearly points you in the correct direction and my camper was able to handle the roads fine (granted I have a Class B 20’). Pulling up, there were beautiful poles with flower baskets lining the road and the owners led us straight to the site. The sites were level and nicely paved with gravel, the bathrooms were extremely clean and the owners were so nice! We needed to borrow a ladder to check something on the roof and they were extremely helpful with that! I would absolutely stay here again when I am coming up to visit family again!”
